As Chestermere’s population continues to grow rapidly, ensuring access to quality education for all children in our community is more important than ever. However, the lack of sufficient school facilities poses a significant challenge for our residents.
I believe that every child deserves access to a quality education close to home. That’s why I am committed to investing in the development of new schools in Chestermere to accommodate our growing population and ensure that our students have the resources they need to succeed.
Transportation
Many Chestermere residents work in Calgary, but without accessible public transportation options, commuting becomes costly and time-consuming. Students from Chestermere attending universities and colleges in Calgary also face transportation challenges. Public transport would offer students a convenient and reliable way to access educational opportunities without the burden of driving or expensive parking fees. I am committed to start public transportation such as bus services to connect Chestermere to Calgary.
Need of Rec Centre
A recreation center would serve as a focal point for community activities, bringing residents together for fitness, recreation, and socialization. With limited recreational facilities, residents face barriers to staying active and healthy. A recreation center would provide access to fitness equipment, swimming pools, sports courts, and more.
I am committed to advocating for the development of a recreation center in Chestermere, ensuring that our community has access to the facilities and programs needed to support healthy and active lifestyles.
Bigger Library
With more residents calling Chestermere home, our current library is struggling to meet the growing demand for resources, programs, and services. I am committed to advocating for the expansion of our library to ensure that it remains a valuable resource for our community.

Diversity and inclusion are fundamental values that enrich our community. As a candidate, I am committed to promoting diversity and ensuring that everyone feels valued, respected, and included in our community.
Economic Development: Strengthening Our Community
Economic development is vital for the prosperity and growth of Chestermere. As a candidate, I am committed to fostering an environment that attracts businesses, stimulates growth, and creates job opportunities for our residents. By attracting businesses and encouraging entrepreneurship, we can create job opportunities for residents, reduce unemployment, and improve the overall economic well-being of our community.
Affordable Housing: Ensuring Accessible Living for All
Affordable housing is a fundamental human right and a cornerstone of a healthy, thriving community. As a candidate, I am committed to ensuring that everyone in Chestermere has access to safe, stable, and affordable housing options. I will work to increase the supply of affordable housing in Chestermere by incentivizing the development of affordable housing units, partnering with nonprofit organizations and developers, and leveraging government funding and grants.
